From arrival to departure, service was courteous and professional. Mike the asst. service manager whom attended and processed my service, was very professional and courteous to deal with. Waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent fast service

I brought my car into Atlantic Toyota for service 2 days ago, and they were so efficient! Kyle was incredibly professional, direct and honest about what my concerns were about my car. He made sure that I had all the information I needed to proceed with the service. They hooked me up with a rental and my car was done in 2 days! It was the smoothest experience and my car came back looking and driving better than before!!!

I had an amazing experience. From the minute me and my husband walked in. We were greeted by a sales associate. He helped us getting everything ready. Then we talked to Rosa the finance director. She was AMAZING. Super nice, friendly. She made the process super quick and smooth. I highly recommend Atlantic Toyota. This is the third car I get from them.

WELL. I MUST SAY. I AM NOT NECESSARILY A PICKY CUSTOMER, INASMUCH AS I KNOW WHAT I WANT DONE WHEN EXPRESSING MYSELF. HAVING SAID THAT, COMES MEETING AND REACQUAINTING WITH ATLANTIC TOYOTA'S ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER, MS. TASHA DREW. I COME FROM AN OVER 35 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PUBLIC SERVICE, WITH AN EYE FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAILS, AND ONE THING THAT CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE, IS WHEN THEY'RE REMEMBERED. MS. TASHA DREW REMEMBERED ME, AS I DID HER. THAT WAS JUST THE BEGINNING. MS. DREW WAS VERY CANDID IN THAT, EVERYTHING I SPOKE ON THAT I HAD AN INITIAL CONCERNS ABOUT, UPON COMPLETION OF MY VEHICLE ASSESSMENT, EVERYTHING THAT I MENTIONED WAS NOT PUSHED DOWN, IN FEAR THAT I MAY NOT WANT TO PUT OUT OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR THE HANDLING, BUT SHE DID, IN FACT, ALLOW ME TO BE THE PRINCIPLE DECISION MAKER IN THE REPAIR RATE. THIS WAS VERY SATISFYING TO ME, IN THAT, NOW I'M NOT BEING HALF CHARGED AND THEN HAVING TO COME BACK IN TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THERE'S STILL SOMETHING GOING ON WITH MY VEHICLE, HAVING TO PUT OUT MORE MONEY NOW, DOUBLE DIPPING MY POCKET, BUT RATHER, AFTER THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT, I WALKED AWAY WITH A TOTAL SENSE OF WHATEVER IS IN NEED OF REPAIR, WILL BE CHECKED OUT THE **FIRST** TIME AND A FULL SERVICE REPAIR BE ESTABLISHED AND NOT A COCKAMAMIE HALF BEHIND POCKET-EMPTYING SERVICE DONE, AT THE EXPENSE OF MY DEPLETED POCKET. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I CAN MOST DEFINITELY SAY THAT THE JOB WAS WELL DONE THE FIRST TIME, DUE TO THE INTEGRITY OF MS. DREW. THIS IS THE SERVICEMANSHIP THAT I LIVED UP TO AS A SALON OWNER.
